“Lovely location, lovely food”
Reviewed 27th June 2015
This is a great venue overlooking Hive Beach. Dogs are welcome in all parts of the cafe. We visited on a typical June (blustery) day and the plastic covers and heaters in the main area gave protection from the elements. As it was difficult to get a table there we opted for the 'marquee' area which, again was sheltered and gave great views. Lots of dog watering stations and home baked dog biscuits available for sale at the till. The seafood is really fresh and good quality although the whole crab presented a bit of a challenge! You have to queue at times to order the food which can be a bit off putting if you want a dessert or another round of drinks but this is more than offset by the food and location. And a great place for a post lunch walk on the cliffs with your four legged friend!
