My Toffee is 18 years old and an escape artist so I worry about taking him to have his coat clipped. This was my first time with Naomi (just moved area) so was slightly nervous. Naomi couldn't have been better - she listened to all my "do's and don'ts and then explained to me what she proposed for Toffee. When I went back to get Toffee I couldn't believe how fabulous he looked - his best clip my miles. Toffee had also obviously enjoyed the experience as he didn't want to leave! Naomi was professional but approachable throughout and I will definitely be using her from now on.
