“They absolutely crucify you with the renewal”

I will start of by saying that customer service is very good, they pay out quick enough with no problems. However god forbid you have to claim they next year they will rip you off big time.
My first year was around 300, my Lab was diagnosed @ 7 months with ED, skip to year 2 renewal it goes upto 700 odd, now we are on year 3 and renewal is just under 1k yes that is correct, and I didn't even claim last year, they have me over a barrel as I can't move anywhere else due to the ED. I know that possibly I might have to claim in the future but all they will be giving me back is what I have already paid. |

“Good cover, tough to renew”

More Than have good levels of cover and are reasonably priced in year one, but increase the price considerably in year two (we received a quote with a 40% increase). Cancel the renewal, and start again as a new customer, the price offered is much more reasonable, or go through the website Bought By Many which offers 20% discount.
