“Thank you Howshounds....”
Reviewed 20th January 2015
Our grey hounds were active and unresponsive when we called them on walks. They chased our cats and wouldn't settle around the house. howshounds came to our home on two occasions and worked with us in the house and the garden. The dogs are now more settled around the house as I work from home and very chilled with the cat! In fact Simba the cat frequently evicts little dog from the armchair in the kitchen. We feel much more armed with dog communication techniques and everybody’s best friends with each other now at home and all much calmer!

Thank you for all your help in the early days!

“Absolutely Brilliant”
Reviewed 6th January 2015
My beloved dog Lucy was causing quite a bit of stress between me and my husband. She was a rescue where we knew very little of her background, we've had her for 4 years. She is a Staffie Cross and sadly that comes with a label to those who don't know her. So her behaviour didn't help her cause! This behaviour being....going deaf and pegging it when something else took her fancy, becoming very dominant with dogs who were smaller than her and sometimes aggressive...this was particularly embarrassing and stressful for my husband who could clearly see people thinking "Why has that family got a dog like that around young children...disgraceful"! Other behaviour...persistent barking in the home when visitors came over, when she did meet the visitors they were bombarded by Lucy! My husband said that he just couldn't trust her or relax with her when we were out walking. Anyway we called for help as I believed we owed it to Lucy and I knew she was a great dog just misunderstood. Howshounds has been utterly brilliant. What I loved is Georgie arrived and made no judgement of us. As soon as she came in she started straight away. She got both me and my husband 'working together'. We were getting something's right, but others we were not very consistent with. All the training has been really gentle and patient. Result..it has only been one month but Lucy is sooooo much calmer! Friends have really noticed the change too. Although its still early days yet I know Howshounds has us on the right path. Georgie has put up with my emails and queries and has promised to continue to do so. So if you're reading this and your dog has some issues please see Howshounds, she is brilliant and can really help.
