I think they are very good vets - if I had to make a negative comments it is about the way they handle insurance claims. There are signs around the walls of the vets that state you have to pay at the point of treatment. In short there and then - their clients after paying insurance premiums would like to claim the money back ASAP as well. Unfortunately that is not how it works, you have to wait until the one dedicated member of staff is ready and available to process your claim and that person only works on claims part time. So the vets get their money on time but you can be waiting for an age before you get your money, This is ok for small amounts but not so good on medium or large amounts

Sutterton Vets are a amazing practice. All the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel like you belong. They are all very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. The practice is wonderfully clean and bright with amazing facilities all planned out to make your pets stay comfortable and stress free. From the car park to the operating theatre I cant recommend this practice enough.
