“One to add to the list”
Reviewed 10th January 2015
Normally dogs are only allowed in the bar but because it was very busy on the Saturday lunchtime we went, we were given a table in the restaurant which was very kind. The staff made our dog very welcome, which was good of them seeing as they had to step over him to get to the kitchen! He really liked his sausage and we liked the food too. We 've been here several times - sometimes in the evening without the dog - and we've always had a good meal with friendly service. There is a good menu and the prices are reasonable particularly given where it is. There's also a large garden area for when the weather's good and I understand they do BBQs in summer. Well worth a visit.
