“Impressive garden - and dog friendly ”
Reviewed 4th September 2016
We visited this garden when the Unusual Plant and Garden Fair was on so the garden was very busy. I suspect that in September the gardens are at their peak and the planting was very impressive and colourful. You'd need a fairly big garden to try it at home though! Dogs are welcome on a lead and water bowls were freely available. The entrance charge is £7 and it was worth it with the plant fair although the garden itself isn't very big. There is a tea shop which sells tea/coffee/soft drinks and cakes and ice cream. Staff were helpful and friendly and there was free car parking which is always a bonus.
