Posh Pet Parlour - Raynes Park

Put my Cockapoo in here for the third time. First two all good. Picked my dog up today and oh my god what a disaster. I asked them to tidy up his face and they have basically mutilated him!even his eye lashes have been taken off.
Basically all they have done is take a pair of clippers to him and scalped him, my husband did not even recognise him.
The staff member who done this is obviously not trained or if she was it must have been in pen to vile prison.
The name Sweeney Todd comes to mind. Even the dog looks depressed.

I booked my appointment for my dog by phone and had never visited the salon before.
My husband dropped my dog off and I collected him and I was very shocked at how dirty the salon was when I got there, which is a real shame as the haircut was fantastic.
I really hope they can clean it up abit for returning customers.
