Greenacres Dog Stay And Day Care

Susie gives excellent care and attention to Molly. Molly gets very excited when she knows where we are going and bounds into the house. She comes home well exercised and content. I would definitely recommend this boarding place.

Arranged a trial afternoon for our dog. There were no directions on the web site or in the confirmation email, so found it a bit difficult to find. On arrival (at the pre-arranged time), there was no answer at the gate or mobile phone. Eventually Susie's husband answered the gate and said his wife had forgotten our arrival and had gone to visit a friend. Fair enough, as these things happen. We took our dog inside the house which wasn't somewhere I would want to leave a dog. Susie's husband was picking up dirty clothes off the floor and there were 2 dogs barking and snarling on the other side of a closed door. We left and took our dog with us. Susie did text to apologise and offered to look after our dog free of charge. Very disappointed.

We have two small dogs that are very precious to us, just like all pets. This visit was their first time away from home and we were very anxious about it. However, Susie was great, she looked after them so well, as if they were her own, she sent us pictures of what they were up to each day and this was so great to see and have peace of mind. They came home very tired and had clearly loved their time at Greenacres. We will definitely be using Greenacres again!

I have no hesitation in recommending this dog boarding service. My 13 year old westie settled here very happily for a 5 night stay, and even managed to eat her food while she was staying here, which she does not usually do. It was clearly home from home and the needs of the dog came first. I was sent updates and photos throughout her stay. An excellent, caring and service for both pet and owner.
