“Average until you claim ”
Reviewed 6th May 2016
The price for cover is average but once you claim they load the premiums hugely.. My spaniel had a tummy upset which amounted to nothing much in the end at the vets no drugs nothing further occurred in a year but the premium almost tripled. Customer service were not very helpful. I returned to pet plan where I wished I'd never left.

“Pricey renewals”
Reviewed 13th January 2015
We have used Marks & Spencer insurance for my Cairn Terrier for the last 3 years but the premiums have increased dramatically. The cost is now approaching £750 a year old) add to this the excess of £70 and it is becoming cost prohibitive. My dog has a minor pre-existing condition but I have changed insurer to More Than for just £25 per month although this excludes the existing condition so a slight gamble but hopefully will still work out much cheaper.
