“Good claims process”

I moved to Vetsure from John Lewis (see my other review) and am pleased I have. Soon after I changed I needed to make a claim for an eye infection and the claims process was very straight forward and the great thing was that payment could be made direct to my Vet which saved me having to find the money upfront. I am hoping that my premium does not rise too much on renewal so fingers crossed!
