Fab pizza
Dog friendly pizza restaurant which is well worth seeking out for the excellent Neapolitan pizzas. An unusual menu of different pizzas all cooked in the large wood fired pizza oven. Five minutes from Beccles town centre, we enjoyed great food at reasonable prices and it was great that they allow dogs.

A surprisingly dog friendly restaurant
I think that dogs are only allowed until 7pm but that’s fine, great to have somewhere to eat that isn’t a pub. Staff were welcoming of our dog which was nice, as it’s not a place where you would expect them to be allowed. There is a full Italian menu including pizza, pasta and risotto and it had a nice atmosphere. In the centre of Beverley down a side alley, worth seeking out if you fancy something different.

Tea Room at Elvedon Courtyard
We recently discovered that dogs are now are allowed inside in the Tea Room at Elvedon Courtyard so it was great to find somewhere that we could sit inside on a chilly March day on our way to Norfolk. There’s not an extensive range of food on sale but there are baguettes, flatbreads and jacket potatoes and it’s a lovely place, very cosy and well decorated. The staff are friendly too. Dogs aren’t allowed in the main restaurant but there is a large outside seating area so we might try that in the summer.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Blakeney
The hotel is situated right on the Quay so there are great walks just out of the door. The dog friendly rooms are situated away from the main hotel in a Courtyard area which is good as it minimises the risk of them disturbing other guests. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and we all had a good night’s sleep. Dogs are allowed in the bar area and you can eat with them in there, including breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and made a fuss of the dog. The room was very reasonable for the area and the charge for the dog was only £3.50.
