A great little independent cafe just before the (free) car park at the beach at Mappleton. Very dog friendly both inside and outside with homemade dog biscuits on offer and also to buy. Sandwiches, jacket potatoes and cakes for the owners - all served with a smile and very reasonable.

Lovely pub with a large bar area. Our dog went away very happy as they made a big fuss of him and gave him lots of biscuits. And he got a bit of our delicious steak. Said he was the best behaved dog they’d seen. Nothing wrong with a bit of flattery!
