We have fed our puppy on Natural instinct from when we first got him but used various different treats (not raw) whilst training in a bid to find him something high value, now he is a little older and after a weekend of upset tummy from the cooked meat treats we had been giving him I decided to order him some bits and bobs with his frozen food order to try. I settled on chick hearts, liver bites, lamb lites, beef pipe and beef jerky, tbh I wasn’t really all that sure how much I was able to give him of each but after sending a quick Facebook message I soon got some helpful advice on each product (hearts, liver & jerky in moderation as they are rich and the lamb lites can be used as a treat for training for anyone wondering, all can be cut down into tiny bits easily apart from the liver). I received my box the day after ordering and nothing has been a bigger hit for my pup, not even hotdogs or cheese can compare to the reaction I got for the chicken hearts! The beef pipe makes a fantastic chew because bertie shreds it rather than trying to gobble it down whole (an issue we have always had with smaller raw hide chews) and despite it looking a bit gross it smells of roast beef!
We have had one issue where my delivery wasn’t as fresh as usual (I think it had defrosted slightly due to the warm weather) but my complaint was quickly resolved and I had a fresh box sent out to me for the next day, we had to make do with tinned food for a day but I should have been more organised and ordered my food in plenty of time (when getting food delivered you always run the risk of delays in delivery etc)!
I look forward to trying him on some of the other treats you have to offer!

Natural instinct’s food is great value for money, the delivery is fantastic and packed really well. My 9 month puppy Beagle Bruce absolutely loves his food!
