The worst possible experience and provider
I am still aghast to what ever possessed me to get the Pets at Home Insurance, I could seriously kick myself following the last 3 months of hell trying to deal with my first ever claim in 7 years through to trying to get the claim reimbursed.

14 telephone calls to an India based call centre, the longest I waited was an hour, the least was 45 minutes. when you get through, they don't have a clue about how the insurance works, and fob you off with lies and anything to get you off the phone. The reason I know that they don't know what they're talking about is that on a recent occasion i rang them to follow up again and they said 'oh yes, I can see your policy for your cat (i have a dog) and I can see its being reviewed...
I have a dog and my claim according to the call I made the following day, was due to be reviewed that weekend.
This morning, after all the phone call the emails to the CEO (who couldn't help me, despite it being his responsibility) I received an email to tell me that they had made payment of my two claims.
Only the payment was minus 4 lots of excesses and the reason??? well I am now about to make my 13 phone call in the hope that someone in an hours time might be able to tell me...
