Awful company. Food smells rancid after defrosting, especially the lamb. I initially signed up for regular deliveries, however when my dog didn't eat as much i had to postpone some deliveries. WARNING THIS DOES NOT STOP THEM CHARGING YOU. I am now still awaiting a of £61.99 refund which they are refusing to give me. Terrible customer service not willing to admit they are wrong. I would avoid this company at all costs. Cheap food for a huge price. Very money hungry and not about good animal food.
