We were looking for a policy to cover our 5 yr old GSD rescue and found some insurance companies wouldn't cover her or would only give her basic cover, (we wanted lifetime cover). We were recommended this policy by a friend. Although at her age, we have an excess and % contribution, we actually had to make a claim, not that long after taking out the policy as she damaged her paw. The claim procedure was very straightforward and payment was made with no issues. Very happy with this policy so far, which also includes complimentary treatment.
