Phillip visited us at home as Bella (black lab) was a real puller on her lead. His knowledge was priceless, he was patient and understanding and Bella loved him and did everything she should do for him, now learning to do it for me! Lovely way with people and dogs a real winner and as promised share via email lots of links and useful information.
