Young girl that works there is absolutely lovely . Took our dog for one night before his weeks stay to get him used to it and delt with the young lady . Had no concerns at all until I went to leave him for a week . Place was shut and when I managed to get hold of somebody it was the owner Maggie . Absolutely hateful . Rude, sarcastic and couldn't give a dam attitude if I had had an alternative place for my dog I would of turned round and took him home . She is the real life cruella de vil and clearly couldn't care less about people's loved pets . No water was in in kennel and I even messaged when I got home to ensure he'd been given some . We collected him today were she magiced up a surcharge on top of he £10 per night . He drank like he'd never had a drink and he's very subdued not to mention riddled in fleas .
