The whole process of finding Harry a home for Christmas while we were away was handled very efficiently. Everything was explained to us by Emma and we were kept fully informed at all times. We met the family who would look after him well in advance and knew immediately that Harry would be happy there and be well taken care of, they were lovely people. We had a great holiday knowing he was safe and we came home to a happy, healthy dog. The cost was equivalent to a good quality kennel but Harry got individual care 24 hours a day. We would definitely use PetStay again if the need arises and recommend it highly.
