I have found Jayne to be brilliant with my dog and her ' issues ' mainly a big fear of cars,she gave me loads of great advice and ways to get her more confident around them,it is still a work in progress and I feel she is at the end of the phone if I have any questions or queries.
She really seems to care about your dog and whatever problem you are having and is a lovely, friendly lady.
I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again if i felt out my depth with a problem.
