A great first time boarding experience

Lovely location. Staff were genuinely interested in settling my puppy. Efficient customer service. Puppy did not have the ' kennel smell' when we picked her up. I will Usk kennels again. Happy customer

Dreadful customer service

First and foremost my dog was fed, watered and kept safe. The proprietors however were rude and unhelpful and entirely unwilling to mutter the word 'sorry' for their mistakes. Awful customer service. I do not recommend Buckland Hill.
