No matter how long this review ends up being, I'll never be able to tell you how highly I rate Charly as a trainer. She came to see me after two of my dogs had a huge fight and decided they couldn't stand the sight of each other. I feared that they would never be able to tolerate being in the same room again. I'm pretty sure I must have been a nightmare client - panicky, neurotic, emotional not to mention feeling guilty for "letting" the fight happen in the first place - but Charly took all of this into account, never once made me feel silly for my questions or worries.
Charly's methods are all force free, and based on positive reinforcement. She found out what my dogs liked (not just food) and used that to bring them together again. Within two weeks they went from lunging at each other on sight to both sleeping calmly in the same room - I would never have believed it possible if I hadn't seen it for myself.
If you're thinking about asking Charly to help with your problems, then stop thinking and hire her - you won't regret it. She's a lovely lady and puts yours and your dogs' needs at the top of her priorities.
Charly you're a miracle worker and I can never begin to thank you enough.
