Very disappointed in Eden. My young dog has lost a lot of condition since on this food plus she has soft stools: although not runny I'm concerned by this and what it means. In addition it seems lots of people seem to have similar experiences. I know not every dog food will suit all dogs but these two issues seem to be a common enough problem amongst new customers. The company would do better to try to address the causes of these issues , rather than say it must be something unrelated to the brand and give advice to add "pumpkin " or increase/decrease by 10% . Clearly there must be an issue with something in the food for many dogs to experience similar issues? Having said all this my dog seems to look forward to her meal times and enjoys the food.
