Nicole has been helping me for 2/3 years with my fear reactive chocolate lab Rufio now nearly 5. She is very responsable and able in what she does. She has been always available on the phone or email for advices on unexpected events with Rufio and always reassuring and supportive and especially has always given me the best advices. Going with her has been so helpful on 1 to 1 basis and has given me the confidence again to go many places with Rufio. Her reward base system work wonders as well. Could reccomend her with no problems with any owner worried about their dog's behaviour and also for classes...an all rounder!
