“Saying goodbye to our beloved dog Ozzy”
Reviewed 7th February 2021
Would like to say a massive thanks to the staff and vet for the professional caring and compassionate way we were treated. Our elderly dog took a turn for the worse so I rang up and got an appointment within the hour. On arrival we were shown into a private room where we met the vet who went through the procedure with us. When the injection was administered and our beautiful little boy passed away, we were told we could stay there as long as we wanted with him. I am more impressed that even during these difficult times my husband and I were both allowed in with Ozzy whereas our normal vet told us neither of us could be present. I would recommend Animal Trust 100%.

“its all about the money”
Reviewed 15th February 2019
having spent £1700 on having my elderly dog operated on for a leg problem with animal trust.
On a recent follow up consultation i got stuck in awful traffic going to failsworth i called the vet saying i would be 10 min late, they gave me an ultimatum,be there in 5 min or forget it.
absolutely disgusted at there attitude and complete lack of concern for a sick dog and there complete lack of concern to see whether or not the said dog was making progress(bill was paid up front)
in conclusion it would be better to pay the consultation fee at another vet,at least they do not pretend ,its all about the money,

“Awful experience at Bolton practice”
Reviewed 23rd July 2017
My dog was referred there for a CT scan for a suspected liver cancer. The service we had was terrible. On the day I took food for my dog for after the procedure as she would stay there all day. When I went to collect her her food had disappeared, she hadn't been fed and they had misplaced her harness. The results were promised within a week and they took double the time. When I rang they never answered the phone. Finally, I complained in writing. They acknowledged the complaint but never answered it! Appalling and chaotic!

“Animal trust vets Failsworth”
Reviewed 21st July 2015
The best vets ever! fantastic service at every level.! Nothing is too much trouble for these knowledgable highly trained vets. One of my dogs has chronic health issues and requires regular treatment. He is responding well and I feel I have the support I need to cope with his conditions. It is such a relief to know there is someone available 24/7should we need care and advise. The whole ethos of this service is heart warming and much needed. Faultless service.

“Best Small Animal Vets - Manchester / Lancashire”
Reviewed 29th October 2014
My small animal vets are called Animal Trust and have surgeries in Failsworth, Bolton and Blackburn. They are "not for profit" vets who are open 7 days a week and the peace of mind they give me is priceless. To know there is now a vet I can afford to care for my dogs, cats, rabbits etc is amazing and the vets themselves are lovely, professional and very caring.

If your pet needs emergency attention outside of the daytime hours there is only a minimal extra charge and the vets are always on the end of the phone ready to help you. I have just said goodbye to one of my old dogs as her kidneys had failed, she was diagnosed with diabetes at the beginning of the year and the support I have received from this veterinary practice has been second to none.
