“Money grubbing”

Pennards have recently merged with priory lodge vets in tonbridge ,we have been customers of priory lodge since 1973 and we have never had any problems ,recently my parents both in their eighties and on a fixed income brought their dog in after it had been hit by a car.
As usual the service was excellent ,but as you would expect is likely to be expensive ,the get in question assured us it would be ok to pay in instalments ,this was about a week ago,since then they have been called and harangued about this s bill and even though the treatment has not finished so we don't even know what the total is they have demanded three payments and over half the money that is owed at present. This is not only not what they agreed to but is very poor customer management and extremely disappointing ,we have been customers for a long time and they have now had my mother in tears over this. Since merging with pennards they have changed the way they do things and can no longer be trusted to keep their word ,we will be looking for an alternative practice as will everyone else in our family and all our friends |
