Cathy's K9 Capers

We asked Cathy to help us as we were getting our first ever dog and as new owners knew virtually nothing. Her wide knowledge of behaviour and the practical needs and requirements to give our dog a safe and happy home has been invaluable. Within days Billy has been off the lead and the socialisation classes have taught him and us how to interact with other dogs in a fun and safe way. Cathy's is always calm and puts dogs and owners at ease and classes are always fun. I would highly recommend K9 Capers to anyone in need of help or just advice.

Buddy has been going to Kathys socialisation classes since he was old enough to go out. I have thoroughly enjoyed the informative but fun sessions and meeting like minded people. Buddy is a lovely dog and really enjoys being with other dogs and it's fantastic to see him playing with his friends! Classes held outdoors help focus the dogs while experiencing natural distractions. Buddy is a year now but I still continue to go on socialisation walks and training sessions to reinforce what he has learnt and because we both enjoy it so much! Kathy is also flexible and accommodating and the dogs love her and seem to know she knows what she's doing!

I can not recommend Cathy's K9 capers more highly. We have used her several times for 1:1 training and couldn't be more pleased. Our dog now walks nicely on the lead and doesn't bolt across every road making for a much more enjoyable walk. Cathy achieved this in 1 session! She also taught us how to stop playful nipping and clothes pulling when our dog was a puppy again achieved in 1 session.
Cathy has a calm and kind approach and all dogs love her! As do the owners when she sorts out behavioural problems quickly and kindly.
