Jayne came to our home to help with our dog who is a 9 month border collie. He has issues with wheels and started to become a problem on walks. After my initial contact with Jayne, she came back straight away and we made our first appointment. She was very thorough in asking me to fill out forms and asking me lots of questions. Jayne makes you feel very much at ease and she was so reassuring. After several hours spent with our BC, she knew just what to do and taught us loads. The huge change for me was the lack of confidence I had with our BC. Jayne was wonderful and very helpful. The training is still on going for us but Jayne is always on hand for any future help or advice.
