Last year premium around £500 per annum for 2 small dogs, this year renewal increased by 50%. Absolutely disgusting. When I called them there was No negotiations on this years premium! The Customer Service Assistant at the start hinted that there may be something they could do, as soon as I mentioned the comparison site he said ‘well you know how they work! It’s for new customers! Well yes I do, but there is a thing called Loyalty, but obviously this doesn’t apply. I wonder what the FCA will say when their premiums are increased by that amount, without any consideration for customers loyalty! Appalled
