I was paying approximately £54 a month for dog insurance for my Miniature Schnauzer, which I thought was far too much. Just had a renewal quote of £74 a month,which I will be cancelling shortly and that is going to cost me £26.95p just for a cancellation letter which is exorbitant. Why should I pay that amount to cancel insurance and £74 a month for dog insurance is disgraceful. I worked out that in the seven years my dog has been insured with John Lewis, it has cost me nearly £4,550 and not one claim made. Never again.
