1 star purely for the fact my dog did enjoy his play sessions and is looking fresh after his groom. Absolutely would not recommend this kennels- cannot accept liability over my dog coming home injured. Given us a refund which would not happen if they didn’t believe they were in the wrong. Bad attitude by a fair number of staff (not all). Lost my dogs belongings and then lied about it. Came up with every excuse under the sun. If you value your pets as a part of the family like I do, then do not use this kennels.
