The reception staff (Dawn and Alison) and Will (the vet) are terrific. The dog loves them too. Always pleasant and efficient. Parking's easy. Bills aren't small but probably no worse than other local vets. Just hope they all stick around.

We've not put it to the test yet but, when our previous insurer cranked up its fees extortionately, we started looking around. We heard lots of insurance horror stories, but one company that was highly regarded was Aviva. One dog, in particular, required a lot of expensive surgery, yet the following year's insurance fee had risen by only £5. We switched.

We've been buying a prescription food from these people since May 2013. Oddly four small packs are cheaper than buying the equivalent large pack. We're not complaining. Be careful with the express delivery. We paid extra only to discover later that the express time operates from when it's despatched, not when it's ordered. Since we have no control over the time between order and despatch, we rather wasted our money. Otherwise perfectly happy.
