rude and unhelpfull that's it in a nutshell sorry but this was my experience wen I phoned to enquire about a service they were not helpful and said that it would be better if I stayed with my current vets. the reason for the equiry is that my current vets do not have the equipment for my cats treatment and was just enquiring if roebuck had this facility I use to go to this surgery years ago this experience has just reminded me why I left in the first place. some places never learn or change. thanks guys ?
