I've recently acquired a 4 month old German Shepherd and decided to go with this company local to me. Michelle is fantastic. She's very approachable, bats no eyelids with a messy home and her main priority is the dog having a good life and both pet and owner enjoying it.
Michelle is so easy to talk to that you can discuss anything during a training session and not be reprimanded for mistakes. Instead she listens and gives advice to rectify mistakes and reiterates the repercussions of misbehaviour on both owner and dog.
Currently my dog is a puppy but am looking forward to a life long relationship with Michelle for my dogs sake, a happy dog, a happy home xx
