We have used this kennels in the past for our 3 dogs and have had no problems, However, we left our 25 week old puppy there for 4 days... She had a wound on her tail that she had had for 13 weeks. The wound had healed, we saw the vet the morning that she went into the kennels, and to be on the safe side the vet put another tail tip and dressing on. I informed the staff ( the owner did not see me, just the young kennel staff) that if the tail tip came off to ring either me or the vet IMMEDIATELY ( the vet said she would go out to re dress the wound) When we collected her 4 days later the dressing had come off and her tail was bleeding. We had not been informed and neither had the vet. Last week we went to the vets 4 times. Today she is having part of her tail amputated.
