No Refund
Be sure not to pay Caroline up front. If you have to cancel for any reason, you will have no refund. Our holiday was cancelled due to snow. Our collie stayed only 2 nights but I had already given our sitter £140 for the week. No refund was offered, not even the suggestion of the money being used for a future date. I have known Caroline for over 3 years and feel she has treated me very badly. I have since spoken to other dog sitters who all say that a partial refund should have been given, especially having taken our dog so many times to be looked after by her. Fortunately I have found a dog sitter who is happy to give refunds if necessary.
