MARK/JADE

I have booked my German Shepherd into Elmtree Pet Hotel four times. On every occasion i have delighted with the level of service i have received and the level of care afforded to my dog Jade. She can be very difficult to handle and is not used to being around other dogs. All the staff i have come across have taken a genuine interest in Jade and gone out of their way to reassure me. It maybe a little more expensive than i have previously paid for kennels but taking into account the quality care and surroundings worth every penny. I would not leave Jade anywhere else.
