“Not professional, Poor Value, would not recommend!”
Reviewed 27th April 2021
Overpriced, Not professional, Poor Value, would not recommend!
On checking the company - Having no vets as directors of a company says it all really!
My puppy was taken to the Peacehaven branch on 1st March with diarrhoea, I was charged £107 and sent home to feed him chicken and rice!
5 days later on the 5th March, my puppy was admitted to Brighton New Priory Animal Hospital with projectile diarrhoea.
After all tests/Xrays/ultrasound they couldn't find anything causing it and charged us nearly £2,000! Even though my pet had insurance they wanted us to pay upfront, which I couldn't do. So paid a deposit of £500
plus the £107 on Monday!!
The insurers paid them out in full on the 8th of April and I have a copy of the bank transactions.
The vet insists they haven't been paid and will not refund my £607 monies paid!
So I would not recommend it at all!!
