Phil has been helping me with my rescue dog and I am so grateful for everything he has done and no doubt will be doing! The lovely thing about Phil is that he is on the end of the phone or e mail if you get into any issues! Phil genuinely loves dogs and took his time assessing the situation, giving advice and making Micky the absolute core of everything he does. I was impressed by his website when looking to select a trainer and i have to say that the reality reflects every word of his website and more! I have taken on board his advice and while its slow steps we are making great progress. I will be inviting Phil back for a walk with us soon so he can advise on anything I need to improve on. I was really taken by the time he takes with us and its true, he doesn't charge by the hour, its one fee and my word we were certainly not rushed!
