I've not claimed in ten years but last month when I had to take my dog to the vets poorly I paid them £450 and they submitted me a claim the next day I was referred to a consultant another £450 which I paid £45 who said she's to poorly so I had to put her to sleep, I paid £300
My insurance Asda pet insurance
deducted £255 for the the vet visits which is standard then because the insurance which I renewed the month previous is cancelled due to the dog been diseased they deducted another £495 as I've had to pay up to the next renewal date this left me owing the vet hundreds of pounds.
Thank you Asda pet insurance you have just added more grief to what has been a very sad time for me. Sorry for going on but please check the small print on your insurance policy.????????????
