Pbones

Insured my alapaha blue blood bulldog in May 2020. No drop down for actual alapaha only bulldog as aware breed. Used their vista vet on numerous occasions whi were aware he was a alapaha. 3 years later of renewals and my dog had a seizure which I wanted an mri done. Of course I requested a pre authorisation and they apparently don't insure alapahas????? Would of been nice if someone told me but of course they have taken 3 years of premiums so why would they. They should not be allowed to trade as have never claimed and I knew they would find a way of not paying just like they did with my other bulldog when they had a lump in their mouth. 12 years of premiums one attempted claim rejected as dont cover work in the mouth. Stay away from this company they are all con artists.
