Having been a client of Greenbay Vets for over a year I am able to write this review having a thorough knowledge and experience with their team.
The vet care is sufficient, fulfilling the pre-requisite of what you would expect from a veterinary practice, although on one occasion I was told by John, the owner, that I was charged unnecessarily, referred on to a specialist and hurried out the door by a nurse on a Friday afternoon as she was late for a hen do, I did appreciate the explanation, but needless to say this was unprofessional.
My family have found the reception staff to be cold, problematic and unapproachable, making the simplest of tasks, like booking an appointment for instance, a thoroughly negative experience. Unfortunately we have now sought an alternative vets to help with any medical issues our animals may have on the future.
John is a caring and knowledgeable vet, I feel if he was more present and took control of how customers were being handled at the front desk it would be of great benefit to his business.
