I finally made the jump to raw food for my 20kg mixed breed rescue dog.
There are so many companies out there doing this now but I chose Bella and Duke because they had a great sign up deal on.50% off the first box + 30 % off the second and a free gift.
First delivery came on time and my dog liked the food, but when the second payment came out it was for the full price (100 pounds a month). I got in touch to say I was promised 30% off my second box and queried why I had paid full price. I was told that was not the offer I signed up for.
I replied citing the offer and said that the promotion they got me in the door using was still running, so they could clearly see what I was talking about. They said there was nothing they could do. I'll be cancelling and using a local company. This could have been rectified if they just honored their original promise or apologized and said the 30% would come off a later delivery.
