If you really must use these charlatans then please read every bit of documentation, including the links to their website or they will wriggle out of payment. My dog had an accident 13 weeks ago - and they have gone back and forth, taken ages to do anything, then wriggled of paying on a buried clause in their policy wording because my dog is a cross breed and might have one of their selected (not covered) breeds in him. Appalling and i urge you to go elsewhere! I am a responsible dog owner, who will always insure my pet - but with this policy I may as well have not had any insurance at all!
