can't complain about the products themselves, my 10 month old German Shepherd loves them. placed an order on a Thursday evening and was told it would be delivered on Saturday. Sat in awaiting delivery and nothing arrived. Tried contacting by phone but not available at weekends, so I sent an email instead for someone to call me back on Monday. No one did. i had to call myself on Monday afternoon at 16:45 to be told that my order was dispatched today and they would refund the delivery charge. no explanation as to why it wasn't sent on Friday and no apology. Not great service. A simple phone call to explain that it wasn't sent on Friday would have saved me wasting a day on Saturday sitting around for a delivery that wasn't going to come!!!
