There seems to be no way to honestly review this company.
I mentioned on Facebook that I was surprised to find half as much again as the product cost added as postage as I believe to charge postage that the website had to have a viewable pricing guide on the site

As a result I was blocked from ever posting on their Facebook again and mine was not even a complaint! Just a query really.

I believe therefore they probably ensure all users who arenot happy are blocked also, probably a lot of them from how absolute they are about anything negative.

Great range of produce

The fact it is open so late makes Pets at Home a handy store to have local.
However it is the opposite of what the benefits of a large chain should be, by bulk buying they should be competitive on price and be able to offer a great range in store. Pets at Home are not, in fact they are the most expensive places on the majority of products and their range in storeis actually poor (shopping for dogs) so much chitz and little of substance. Space for 20 sparkly collars choices, but only one or two options in functional choices. In normal working hours Id pick a local store

I have tried other boxes, which were similar prices but less quality contents.
The price you pay is not an offer, the parts can be brought for less on ebay, however it does have some good items and worth considering to try things you may not consider buying otherwise.

The problem comes with cancelling the subscription.
There is no number to call to speak to a human
To cancel a box you have to cancel before that month starts. As boxes are dispatched the end of the month, they have a cut off date to cancel close on a month before dispatch.
Should you cancel on time....
Emails are exchanged and confirmed...but the boxes still come
More emails and cancellation confirmed....but another box comes.

Best advice:-To cancel, call your bank, get them to block this company from taking your money!
